Riham has consulted with organizations such as Concordia University’s School of Continuing Education, Cegep du Vieux Montréal, Lester B. Pearson School Board, Dawson College, CAE and a number of non-profit organizations as well as individuals engaged in the process of change. After working several years in the hospitality industry, she decided to pursue graduate studies in the Applied Human Sciences Department at Concordia University. She fell in love with the philosophy of their approach; experiential and aimed at creating a learning community amongst students and professors all while taking a very humanistic, grassroots approach to change. She graduated from the Masters of Human Systems Intervention, was awarded for academic achievement and is now a part-time professor in the department of Applied Human Sciences at Concordia.
